DIRECT ROUTE

Victorians are now a step closer to Margaret River’s spoils, with direct Jetstar flights between Melbourne and the wine region launching on 3 July.

Originally scheduled to launch in March 2020, the new route has been delayed twice due to border closures. Finally, the airline has been able to commence the return service, which is available three times per week.

The service is tipped to bring more than 60,000 visitors to Margaret River over the next three years and boost the WA economy to the tune of $40 million-plus.
