MY TAKE ON TEQUILA

It took a while for me to like tequila. Yet with a brand like Cazcabel, I found the idea of premium tequila very appealing for its range and quality. Four in the range to note include the honey and coffee flavours, a traditional blanco style and my favourite, the reposado – double distilled and aged in American oak, it is smooth and seamless on the palate. Try it with some ice first then introduce a soda or juice mixer to find your right balance. Tequila is a serious spirit and require patience to become friends.
