Chandon Rosé

An ode to the fruit that calls Australia home, this is a wonderfully structured sparkling rosé. Layered with refreshing flavours of redcurrant, cherry sorbet and pink grapefruit zest, which work well alongside delightfully dry notes of hazelnut and biscuit.

2021 Dominique Portet Fontaine Rosé

Pale copper with scents of cherry blossom and ripe red berries. The berry spectrum continues on the palate, but think ripe, plum, juicy berries, and some stone fruit. Plenty of freshness and poise, with body and creaminess.

2019 Mount Mary Quintet

On the nose, this wine shows a ripe, dark fruit spectrum – aromatics include blackcurrant, cassis, violets, cherry, cocoa and a cabernet ‘leafiness’. The palate is defined by an incredible purity of fruit, a hallmark of this flagship blend.

2021 Soumah Ai Fiori Rosato

Ai Fiori, or ‘amongst the flowers’, is a beautiful way to describe this wine. The breezy aromas of flowers on a summer day accompanies the rich red plum and wild strawberry, with hints of savoury spice. It finishes dry with a lingering freshness.

2019 Yarra Yering Dry Red Wine No. 2

A complex, layered wine; both sweet and savoury. The fragrance is a melting pot of violets, plums, and savoury spices with a whiff of bramble and five spice. Firm, fine tannins support the fruit; texture drives the palate.

2020 Yering Station Pinot Noir

Opening with bright strawberries, savoury forest floor, fragrant spice and oak toast; classic Yarra Valley hallmarks to the fore. Silky and ethereal with beautiful shape, flow and balance, culminating in a memorable finish.
