A Kiwi kitchenware brand has entered the ever-growing Dutch oven market with a bright new offering. Inspired by the creativity of her children and noticing a lack of colour in the market, Queenstown-based Rachel Turner started her own line of statement cast iron Dutch ovens, Biroix. “You’ll see lots of black, grey, white, navy, red and even pastel colours when shopping for kitchenware, but I wanted to splash bright colour into my space, with unique pieces I could show off,” says Turner.
