Peel the bananas, halve lengthwise. Heat butter and oil in a pan. Fry bananas over medium to high heat for one minute per side until golden brown. Set pan aside. Toast the bread then spread with yoghurt mixture. Top with warm banana and strawberries.
Garnish with the remaining honey and sesame seeds.
