COME BAKE WITH ME

Our MiNDFOOD birthday cakes have become very popular over the past 14 years. Each year we try to think of something new for our readers; this year was no exception. While chatting with my Austrian friend Astrid, she told me all about the café Vollpension in Vienna where grandparents bake the most amazing cakes and Viennese desserts. So I decided to do a Zoom baking class from my kitchen at home with Vollpension co-founder, David Haller and Oma (Grandma) Karin (above, right) in Vienna, making the MiNDFOOD Gugelhupf birthday cake.
