WHO LIVES HERE

Stine and Bøje live in Haderslev, southern Denmark on Åstrup Have, a 550m2 architect-designed farm with a square layout and courtyard in the middle. In the north building there is a garage and workshop, while the east 50m2 wing is furnished with three rooms for overnight guests. In the 200m2 building to the west is the butchery, workshop and a 30m2 kitchen space for the production of honey, pickling, butter, flour, slaughter, dairy and bakery and more. Their dream of learning everything from scratch and becoming more than self-sufficient farmers is unfolding with sale of eggs to the locals and plans for yarn production from the Gotland fur sheep.
