Craving authentic Italian street food? DELI di BOSSI is a tantalising Italian deli that has recently opened in The Pacifica laneway of Auckland. Lead by renowned chef Shaun Dowling, the destination deli serves beautiful sliced meats, cheeses, fresh pasta and espresso. Dowling’s fine-dining restaurant, BOSSI, is also set to open later this year. “We’ve been working behind the scenes cultivating a menu that showcases BOSSI’s values and authentic offering for the past several months and are excited to introduce the first of our creations with the new DELI di BOSSI,” says Dowling.
