The Lodge Bar French 75 is made with gin, lemon juice, sugar and Champagne. Made famous in the 1930s, this seasonal pink version is equally delicious with Lighthouse Gin, freshly squeezed Meyer lemon juice, sugar and pomegranat­e – shaken, poured then topped with Nautilus Marlboroug­h Cuvée NV and finished with dehydrated lemon.
