Aromas and flavours of red apple and strawberry, red cherry and a fine lees mineral quality. Delicious on the palate with core red berry flavours merging with fine fruit tannins and crunchy acidity stretching flavours across the palate. Nice fruit-led finish. Best drinking from 2022 through end of summer 2024. This is a wine well suited to crayfish bisque or ratatouille.
