Alternative ways to enjoy fragrance
Top perfume brands are branching out with a variety of ways to experience your favourite scents.
1 Hair mist Perfect for those who have sensitive skin, these hydrating hair spritzes also won’t dry out your locks like traditional alcohol-laden perfumes tend to do.
2 Solid perfume A good way to carry scent with you as you travel, these perfumes are pressed into emollient oils you dab onto skin and are often refillable.
3 Body wash Often in gift sets but becoming more readily available on their own, body wash and even hand soap (Dior’s are beautiful) in popular perfume fragrances are a subtle scent approach.
4 Hand cream Beyond body creams, hand creams are the latest to gain a scented makeover, with some of the latest perfumes now also available in tubes of the hydrating lotions.
5 Cleaning products Yes, really. Luxury French fragrance brand Diptyque is among those launching ranges of gently scented household products including surface cleaner and dishwashing liquid.
