Successful even under difficult market conditions
Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket was presented with the ”Supplier of 20 Years Co-operation” award at the Temot International Executive Supplier’s Event held recently in thenItalian city of Baveno.
Temot International is one of the automotive aftermarket spare part industry’s leading co-operative networks, with more than 40 current international shareholders.
Temot International honoured Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket as one of the company’s first suppliers and partners. Across their 20-year relationship, Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket has assisted Temot to achieve continuous growth, to create innovative products and to share strategies and visions which has in turn opened up new markets.
Michael Söding, president of Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket, accepted the award president of Temot International. “We’re extremely happy about this outstanding award,” said Michael Söding. “Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket is very proud to have been part of this success story with Temot International from the very start and to have achieved sustainable value creation with them.

Only a few weeks before gaining this prestigious supplier award, Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket also received an award from Temot shareholder Autolia Group, for outstanding technical support that also honoured the technical training seminars conducted by Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket locally.
At the beginning of April, Michael Söding was presented with the “2014 Aftermarket Professional of the Year Award” from Autodistribution International (ADI), one of the leading cooperative networks of the global automobile spare parts industry.
Autodistribution International, whose partners currently represent more than five hundred automotive companies in more than 30 countries, presents this award to outstanding individuals from business and industry.
Criteria for selecting the award-winner include having an exceptionally positive attitude towards the automotive Aftermarket business, proven business skills, or simply the right approach to business, that allows him or her to be successful even under difficult market conditions.
