Exedy plans for big Automechanika
Exedy will be participating at Automechanika, the world’s leading trade fair for the automotive aftermarket, held in Frankfurt, Germany, from September 16-18.
Situated in hall 3.0, location E53, Exedy will be showcasing current and new technologies relating to the Exedy, Exedy Racing Clutch and Dynax brands.
Since the previous Automechanika Frankfurt show in 2012, Exedy product development departments worldwide have introduced new clutch kits, meaning that the Exedy MT standard replacement clutch range now covers more than 200 million vehicles across Europ. Exedy Racing Clutch will display performance clutches from both its Single series and Hyper series product range demonstrating different technologies designed for a variety of driving conditions, from lightly modified road going vehicles to the most powerful racing cars.
World-leading automatic transmission solutions will also be represented on the Exedy booth. Using Exedy’s three core development technologies of friction, damper and fluid, Exedy/Dynax have developed AT products that hold the strongest OEM position worldwide in its field. On display will be paper and steel plates for passenger vehicles alongside large friction discs designed for off-highway vehicles.
Celebrating Exedy’s heritage as an Original Equipment Manufacturer, on display will be the new 2014 Subaru WRX STi. Not only is Exedy the OE supplier to Subaru for this particular vehicle, plus many more, there are also aftermarket and uprated performance clutches already available.
