Aus­tralian Clutch Ser­vices has ex­panded its Xtreme range with another ad­di­tion to the al­ready com­pre­hen­sive range to suit the Nissan Skyline.

With pos­i­tive feed­back from the re­lease of the Xtreme 230mm twin­plate or­ganic clutch kits re­cently added to the per­for­mance range, the team at ACS de­vel­oped a spe­cific kit to suit RB-pow­ered Nissan Skyline mod­els us­ing the push-type clutch, in­clud­ing var­i­ous R31-R33 mod­els, as well as the RB30 pow­ered VL Com­modore.

The kit has been de­vel­oped to en­sure ev­ery as­pect of the range has been cov­ered with up­graded sin­gle-plate kits, all the way through to multi-plate vari­a­tions to suit var­i­ous horse­power lev­els, and all as­pects of driv­ing, from ev­ery­day street use to se­ri­ous com­pe­ti­tion use.

The Xtreme 230mm twin-plate or­ganic clutch kit was de­signed to with­stand in­creased power while still de­liv­er­ing a pos­i­tive and light pedal feel, along with smooth driv­abil­ity. The kit has also been de­signed for heavy duty street use, or for cus­tomers with street cars used for mi­nor track use.

The kit comes com­plete with a heavy duty cover, main cast­ing, two rigid or­ganic clutch discs, in­ter­me­di­ate plate, chro­moly fly­wheel, pres­sure plate bolts, clutch align­ing tool, spigot bush, thrust bear­ing and car­rier.

“We are con­stantly de­vel­op­ing kits to suit even the small­est gaps in the mar­ket to en­sure our cus­tomers have a so­lu­tion for their ap­pli­ca­tion or driv­ing style,” says ACS engi­neer, Stewart Furze.
