Big prizes with ZIC

-

before December 31, 2015.

ZIC says it’s the world’s strongest oil, with superior performance because of it, and provides many benefits. The company says ZIC oil has easier cold starts leading to reduced wear on the engine as 20 percent to 30 percent of engine wear occurs between start up and the time the engine reaches optimal temperature. ZIC leads to fuel savings as a result of reduced friction of moving parts, thus an overall better engine performance and longer life.

ZIC is manufactured by SK Lubricants, the world’s largest supplier of Group III base oils producing fully synthetic lubricants, used by global major oil suppliers, and is the 15th largest finished lubricants brand by volume. SK’s refinery located in Ulsan, South Korea is the third largest refinery in the world, producing more than 70,000 barrels of oil per day.

SK Lubricants start the process by pumping crude oil into tanks, then hydrocracking the oil to produce base oils. SK Lubricants production includes adding their own additives and blending to make ZIC. ZIC's superior quality has meant they are the factory fill fluid for Hyundai and Kia vehicles, and the ZIC Dexron VI is a GM approved product supplied as a factory fill to more than 70 percent of all GM vehicles produced in South America and Australia.

The extensive product range offered by ZIC covers a vast range of vehicles within the industry. With the increasing number of specialty transmissions now being developed for the automotive industry, ZIC’s innovative and progressive manufacturing process can cater for a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions.
