French toast with Passionfruit ‘n Honey
Ready in 10 minutes | Serves 3-4
2 eggs, well beaten ¼ cup milk ¼ cup Passionfruit ‘n Honey, plus extra for drizzling ¼ tsp salt 6-8 slices bread Butter, for frying
1 Combine beaten eggs, milk, Passionfruit ‘n Honey and salt in a bowl and whisk well.
2 Dip 2 bread slices into honey mixture and leave to soak for 1 minute.
3 Melt 1 Tbsp buer in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add soaked bread and fry until golden brown, turning once. Repeat.
4 Serve with extra honey for drizzling.
