French toast with Pas­sion­fruit ‘n Honey


Ready in 10 min­utes | Serves 3-4

2 eggs, well beaten ¼ cup milk ¼ cup Pas­sion­fruit ‘n Honey, plus ex­tra for driz­zling ¼ tsp salt 6-8 slices bread But­ter, for fry­ing

1 Com­bine beaten eggs, milk, Pas­sion­fruit ‘n Honey and salt in a bowl and whisk well.

2 Dip 2 bread slices into honey mix­ture and leave to soak for 1 minute.

3 Melt 1 Tbsp bu„er in a large fry­ing pan over medium heat. Add soaked bread and fry un­til golden brown, turn­ing once. Re­peat.

4 Serve with ex­tra honey for driz­zling.
