Info: Napier residents’ surplus citrus is collected and distributed to areas where citrus is not readily available. Please drop off any surplus citrus, particularly oranges, lemons, mandarins, as well as grapefruit at one of the collection points.

■ East exhibition When: Until November 11 Where: Hastings City Art gallery, 201 Eastbourne St, Hastings.

Info: East is an exhibition of works by 23 artists with connections to Hawke’s Bay, from internationallyknown to emerging. There will also be work by two East artists at MTG Hawke’s Bay in Napier, an exhibition of EIT postgraduate honours arts students at Kinross and Co Wool Store, off West Quay in Napier.
