Nuts over Alison’s granola

This utterly delicious granola is packed with wholesome goodness, available for scooping from the Alison’s Pantry selfselect­ion bins inNewWorld and Pak’nSave. It’s perfect with your favourite milk, as a topping for yoghurt or smoothies and makes a wonderful dessert with berries and a splash of cream. The recipe is brilliantl­y adaptable too so you can swapthe ingredient­s around to include your favourite nuts and seeds or trynew combinatio­ns. Packed with fibre and contains magnesium for your mental wellbeing.

Ingredient­s

■ 1 1⁄ cups Alison’s Pantry ShreddedCo­conut 2

■ 1⁄2cup each Alison’s Pantry Buckwheat, Alison’s Pantry Natural Almonds, Alison’s Pantry Natural Cashews, Alison’s Pantry Sunflower Seeds, Alison’s PantryPump­kin Seeds

■ 1⁄ cupeach Alison’s PantryHemp­seeds,

4 Alison’s Pantry Chia Seeds, Alison’s Pantry SesameSeed­s

■ 1Tbsp dark cocoapowde­r

■ Zest of 1orange

■ 2Tbsphoney

■ 2Tbsp coconut oil

■ 2 tsp vanilla extract

■ 2pinches sea salt

■ 1⁄ cupAlison’s Pantry Goji Berries (could

2 also use Alison’ s Pan try Whole Cranberrie­s)

Method

Preheat oven to 150C.

Combine the coconut, nuts and seeds in a large bowl and mix well.

Place the cocoa, orange zest, honey, coconut oil, vanilla and sea salt ina small saucepan over mediumheat. Stir until themixture is liquid. Pour over the nuts and seeds. Toss well until evenly coated.

Spread themixture on a large baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 25minutes, tossing once during the cooking time. Leave to cool completely before sprinkling over the Alison’s Pantry Goji Berries.

Store inan airtight container forup to 2 weeks.
