What an absolutely lovely book of poems!

Children will love the simplicity of the words, the gorgeous illustrations and the creatures of the outdoors.

There are poems about birds, lambs and butterflies toname a few.

I'm lucky enough to be able to see manyof these subjects outmywindow every day. I particularly like thepoemabout the Paradise Shelducks (Putangitangi). The author knows her subjects well.

Every child needs this book of poems.
