India invites Pakistan

Pakistan’s cricket board has received an invitation from India for October’s Twenty20 Champions League, in a step toward reviving cricket ties between the arch-rivals that have been suspended since 2008. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (last month gave the goahead to include Pakistan’s Twenty20 champions in the multinational league, which brings together 10 top teams, including those from India, Australia and South Africa.
