Karl Du Fresne’s article ( Nelson Mail, February 8) states that Israel is ‘a democracy where Arabs enjoy rights of citizenship.’ Susan Nathan is a British Jew who emigrated to Israel. Her book The Other Side of Israel tells of immense injustices the Arab Israel citizens suffer under the Israeli authorities. As for New Zealand’s stance, we are only saying stop building settlements and bulldozing Palestinian homes. Every point he makes is unfairly biased. the ancient Greeks. So far we too should all agree.
