Tuesday: Fine. Light winds and afternoon sea breezes.

Wednesday: Fine. Afternoon sea breezes, otherwise light winds.

Thursday: Fine. Afternoon sea breezes, otherwise light winds.

Marlborough

Monday: Occasional rain about the Kaikoura Coast, and showers elsewhere from early afternoon. Heavy falls possible throughout the day. Fresh S, but strong or gale about the Sounds.

Tuesday: Early showers clearing to mainly fine. Light winds for most places, but southerlies about the coast and Sounds, strong at times for the latter.

Wednesday: Morning coastal cloud, otherwise fine. Southerlies, tending easterly.

Thursday: Fine with northeast breezes.
