Library changes

The Nelson library is now actually in a bit of a muddle, and needs the interior updated with less wasted space (there must be 50,000 unread books). There are two office spaces which could be joined together on the Countdown side of the building, where some of those 50,000 books are.

Yes, open at 11am on Sunday and double the size of the toilets, and this would make the present library as good as any.
