King wins NZ Open title

New Zealand’s Joelle King has beaten 14th ranked Tesni Evans (Wales) 11-4 11-6 11-5 in 37 minutes to win the New Zealand Squash Open title at the Trustpower Arena in Tauranga. King, 34 and ranked at No 5 in the world, joins the likes of Dame Susan Devoy, an eight time winner, along with Vicky Cardwell (Australia), Michelle Martin (Australia) and Natalie Grinham (Netherlands) as previous winners.
