Stinger makes Wards best Engine list
While it has just arrived in New Zealand, Kia’s all-new 2018 Stinger is already picking up awards around the world. Or, at least, its engine is. The Kia Stinger GT’S 3.3-litre twin-turbo V6 has been awarded a place in the Wards 10 Best Engines list and was selected from a field of 32 powertrains for its exceptional power delivery, responsiveness and refinement. The list focuses on engines that are new to the market or have been significantly improved over the previous year. Wards Auto editors conduct evaluations based on several criteria, including power, torque, technology, observed fuel economy, relative competitiveness and noise characteristics. This is the 24th year for the competition.
