Mercedes-benz Auck­land has added ‘Ex­press Ser­vic­ing’ to its New­mar­ket-based re­tailer fol­low­ing the sys­tem’s suc­cess­ful de­ploy­ment at Mercedes-benz North Shore. Ex­press Ser­vic­ing ve­hi­cle main­te­nance can prove to be dif­fi­cult for some of our cus­tomers,” says gen­eral man­ager for pas­sen­ger cars, Ben Gif­fen. “We have lis­tened to this feed­back and are ex­cited to be rolling out this new ini­tia­tive that will pro­vide faster fac­tory sched­uled ser­vic­ing while cus­tomers re­lax in our lounge.” Ded­i­cated work­shop space and spe­cially trained staff en­sure cus­tomers can min­imise down­time as­so­ci­ated with rou­tine ve­hi­cle main­te­nance with an ‘’A” ser­vice pos­si­ble in as lit­tle as 60 min­utes. Ex­press ser­vic­ing is avail­able for all Mercedes-benz mod­els and main­tains the same high level of work­man­ship ex­pected from Mercedes-benz. All Ex­press Ser­vices also in­clude a com­pre­hen­sive multi-point safety in­spec­tion and com­pli­men­tary groom to en­sure your ve­hi­cle is both op­er­at­ing at and look­ing its best. Ex­press Ser­vic­ing is now avail­able for Mercedes-benz North Shore and Mercedes-benz Auck­land cus­tomers.
