GETTING YOUR RIGHT ARM WORKING

When you swing your golf club many different parts of your body are working and moving together.

Bob Macdonald demonstrat­es a drill to help with training your right arm action.

When learning how to make a good swing it is can be easier to work on specific parts of the swing movement so this month I have a drill to help with training the correct use of the right arm.

Do these exercises a few times allowing the ball to bounce up off the ground and rebound off a wall back to you.

 ??  ?? 01: STEP 1 Take a tennis ball in your right hand and stand as if you are setting up to hit a golf shot. Aim your hand at the ball and target line.
