07-09: THE PIVOT DURING THE BACK SWING
By having a nice stable base through the feet and knees and initiating the coil through the upper thoracic, the rib cage You can see how it creates a nice stretch during the backswing. Which in turn will then make it a lot easier to allow the body to unwind with power and speed during the foward swing. You can also see how much more stable the swing is in pic 9 compared to the 'over wound' and often out of balance swing in pic 8. And we all know what happens when we wound up our toys too far!
