By hav­ing a nice sta­ble base through the feet and knees and ini­ti­at­ing the coil through the up­per tho­racic, the rib cage You can see how it cre­ates a nice stretch dur­ing the back­swing. Which in turn will then make it a lot eas­ier to al­low the body to un­wind with power and speed dur­ing the foward swing. You can also see how much more sta­ble the swing is in pic 9 com­pared to the 'over wound' and of­ten out of bal­ance swing in pic 8. And we all know what hap­pens when we wound up our toys too far!
