A tourist guide has mixed up various statistics about certain Egyptian pyramids but correctly states that:

1. The pyramid covering the largest area is about two centuries older than the pyramid of Unas and was built for either Khafre or Djoser.

2. The pyramid of Unas was built some time after the pyramid covering 3.4 acres.

3. Regarding the pyramid of Unas and pyramid of Djoser, one covered 3.4 acres and one was built in the 24th century BC.

4. The four pyramids were the two built in the 25th and 26th centuries BC, the one covering the smallest area and the pyramid of Djoser. Using these clues, and the grid below, can you work out the base area of each pyramid and its approximate building date?
