We have a lovely caramel slice at Wild Bean Cafe; I love having a piece with my coffee.

When you’re not behind the coffee machine, what are you doing?

My biggest hobby is gardening, and my kids join me in the garden. I love my vegetable garden and growing fruit trees.

What’s the biggest dream you’d like to accomplish?

I’m enjoying my life with my kids and my job. Every day, I like to make the day happy for my kids and for others, so I’m not really thinking about tomorrow. I’m a very happy and blessed man.
