Marketers surveyed said that agencies perform best at creativity (27 percent say the industry does it very well; 63 percent they do it well). (Figure 2.)

Effectiven­ess, strategic thinking and collaborat­ion are all seen as areas of underperfo­rmance (less than 10 percent say the industry does these well).
