New Penske CFO

PENSKE TRANSPORTATION GROUP International has appointed Tracy Black chief nancial o cer of its Australian and New Zealand operations.

Penske TGI president Randall Seymore says that Black is “an engaging, down to earth individual who is passionate about team development, partnering with the business, and process improvement.

“Her background and experience equip her well to manage Penske’s nancial operations as we continue to grow our businesses across Australia and NZ.”

She replaces Patti Paquette, who has been reassigned to Penske Automotive

Group’s HQ in the United States as its director of internal audit.

Black has had positions in

nance, accounting and internal control functions – most recently holding the position of director and international controller at Edgewell

Personal Care.

She will oversee the nancial departments for PTGI and its subsidiaries, Penske Commercial Vehicles and Penske Power Systems.
