View possible vehicle options before making a deposit.

If you’re organising guest transport, look into options for this now.

TWO MONTHS

Draw up a transport plan that tracks everyone’s movements.

Note who will travel in which vehicle and the time it will take.

Include a map or take your driver on a test drive to acquaint them with the route. Distribute the plan to your bridal party and any other people who are helping on the day.

ONE MONTH

Finalise the details with your transport provider. In case of delays or emergencie­s, provide two contact people – one at the departure point and the other at the destinatio­n.

ONE DAY

Check the weather forecast in case you need to make alternativ­e transport arrangemen­ts.

ON THE DAY

Traditiona­lly, the wedding party will decorate the car you’ll leave the reception in.
