We recap the beautiful Cordis Heartfelt Weddings Showcase

Cordis Auckland opened its doors to future brides, grooms and their friends and families to enjoy a day out perusing the luxurious rooms of the hotel to gather wedding ideas and, most importantly, chat with expert wedding vendors face-to-face to help make wedding planning and decision making that little bit easier.

Attendees arrived under a striking silver balloon arch created by Lunar Balloons and were greeted with a glass of bubbles, before a quick photo op in front of a lush wall of greenery.

Guests were then invited to wander the hotel’s many event spaces and take in all the ideas on display. There were elegant table settings with gorgeous centrepieces, cake and dessert tastings for an afternoon treat (we were huge fans of the doughnut chandelier), live entertainment and a photo booth. It was an absolute pleasure to be involved in the day too, with the New Zealand Weddings Bridal Fashion Show. Featuring looks from Novia Brides, Munns The Man’s Store and Amber Whitecliffe, it was a fun and inspirational day for all involved.

All made up The talented team at The Beauty Hub worked their magic, creating all the hair and makeup looks on the day. Feast of ideas Flowers and décor adorned The Great Room along with a scrumptious dessert table and doughnut chandelier.
