Begin in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart. Look forward and keep your chest up. Keep your knees and hips soft and your back straight. Step your right foot back behind the left foot. In the same motion, reach down and touch the ground in front of your left foot with your right hand. Return to a standing position and repeat the same movement on the opposite side. Continue to alternate for the specified time.
