Why did you get married in Fiji?
The both of us had always had a deep interest in going to Fiji and couldn’t explain why. There were other places like Hawaii and Tahiti, but we were always drawn back to Fiji. It was also close to other destinations we wanted to visit like Australia.
What was the best part about your wedding at Shangri La’s Fijian Resort & Spa?
Staff at the resort were incredibly friendly, the resort was beautiful and there were a ton of activities to enjoy. The resort has everything you need, the prices are reasonable, and the food is excellent.
Was it easy to arrange your wedding?
Super easy. Everything was arranged for us. The chapel was amazing and every detail was carefully considered.

Why did you decide to get married in Fiji?
We wanted an intimate wedding on a beautiful beach and for it to be held somewhere our family had never visited before.
What was the best part about your wedding at Plantation Island Resort?
It would have to be the friendly staff at the resort as well as the beautiful ceremony and reception set up on the day. It was so stress-free to organise and having the sunset as a backdrop for our photos was an added bonus.
Was it easy to arrange your wedding?
Yes, it was all very straightforward. Our wedding coordinator at the resort responded to all my emails super quickly and accommodated my numerous requests, as well our 100 guests.
Did your guests enjoy your Fiji?
Our guests were amazed at how beautiful Malolo Lailai Island was, and they all thoroughly enjoyed themselves. They were very impressed with all aspects of our wedding from the set up to the delicious food and service.
