I am asked daily: ‘ How do you stay so motivated to train?’ I believe that to stay motivated, you need to see results. When you see the results that come with consistent training and eating habits then you’re motivated to continue. Our bodies are amazing machines. We are designed to move, to repair ourselves, to grow and to feel fantastic. In reality, you can’t feel good all the time without working at it. But if you feed your body nutritious and delicious food, and put in regular exercise (even if it’s hard some days and you don’t feel like doing it), you will be buzzing all day and people will start noticing you have that ‘buzz’ about you. Life is easy: eat well, exercise regularly and you’ll live a long, happy life – right? Ha! That’s the theory, but in practice it can feel like it’s the hardest thing to do. Everyone knows exercise is important; we all know that a bowl of vegetables is healthier than a bowl of French fries, so why do most of us go for the French fries? How did something that is so simple become so complex?
