Bright beverages for your pre-nuptial celebratio­ns

CREAMY COCONUT MARTINI serves 5

225ml Barcardi Blanca Rum 225ml Grey Goose Vodka ½ tsp vanilla extract 300ml pineapple juice 500ml coconut cream Candy floss to garnish (optional) 1 Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. 2 Add all ingredient­s and shake well. Taste and adjust according to your preference­s. 3 Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a ball of candy floss.

BLUSHING LEMONADE makes one large jug

1 cup Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin ½ cup St Germain Elderflowe­r Liqueur 1 ltr old-fashioned lemonade 2 tbsp bitters 1 Fill a lemonade fountain or jug with ice, then add the gin and liqueur. Top with old-fashioned lemonade. 2 Add the bitters and mix for a blush colour. Add more bitters if necessary.

PACIFIC LAGOON makes one large pitcher

2 cups Smirnoff Red Vodka 1 ltr orange juice 1 ltr pineapple juice 1 cup blue curaçao

1 In a jug, blend vodka, orange juice and pineapple juice, and pour evenly into 8 glasses.

2 Using the back of a teaspoon, pour curaçao down the inside of the glass until it settles under the juice, being careful to pour the curaçao slowly to achieve a two-tone effect. W
