I’m so pleased carrot cake

(my personal choice) is the winning Kiwi Classic Cake. Your version is healthy, delicious and big enough to feed the whole whanau. I also like the Bake It Forward idea (25.09.17). I have an elderly neighbour who is a diabetic and I always pass my Weekly magazines on to his wife after I’ve read them. I know they’d appreciate being able to join the Weekly’s 85th celebratio­ns with a homebaked cake. I am now looking for a suger-free carrot cake recipe to bake and present to them. Incidently, still in culinary mode, I do like Green Goddess Wendyl’s raisin roll. Back in the day, we called it roly poly pudding.
