ONE COOL CUSTOMER

THERE WAS A ROYAL SURPRISE IN STORE FOR NORFOLK SHOPPERS

-

Spotting royalty next to the canned tuna isn’t quite what you expect when you pop into the local supermarket, but stunned shoppers got more than they bargained for at an upmarket grocery store last week, sharing the aisles with Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge (36).

The heavily pregnant royal, who’s expected to give birth in just a few weeks, was flying solo, save for a royal protection officer, as she strolled down the aisles of a Waitrose in Norfolk, before loading the trolley of reusable bags into the boot of her Range Rover.

Among the produce she was presumably taking back to Anmer Hall, the country home she shares with Prince William (35) and their children, was a pot of parsley – marked down by 25% – and other salad essentials.

Fellow shoppers reported the duchess to be friendly, returning greetings with a cheery smile as she got on with her shopping. Royals, they’re just like us!

?? ?? Aisle do it! The pregnant duchess took charge as she unloaded her healthy haul. Shelf confidence: Kate packed her reusable bags like a pro.
