A STRETCH TO WORK ON EVERY DAY
Can you bend over and touch your toes? This is a good stretch to do because it works on the hamstrings, shoulders, lower back and chest. It’s particularly good for office workers who spend a lot of time sitting at desks. Take it slowly, especially if you have back issues, and don’t push yourself to the point of pain. If you do this every day, you will find it becomes easier, and eventually you may be able to grab your ankles and put your head on your knees!
