Those ROVING ROYALS

THE WINDSORS LOVE THEIR CARS – AND IT APPEARS THE FASCINATION STARTS WHEN THEY’RE YOUNG!

-

Everyone knows the royal family loves horses, but by the looks of this, they love their Land Rovers more!

Prince Edward (54) and Sophie, Countess of Wessex’s son James, Viscount Severn (10), raised eyebrows when pictures of the young royal driving the powerful four-wheel drive emerged last week. The lad was spotted driving in private grounds – legal, in the UK – and sitting on the lap of an adult who was presumably controlling the peddles.

The Queen’s youngest grandchild isn’t alone in his need for speed – indeed, almost all of the royals are said to love driving wherever possible. From missions in the Afghani desert to trips to the supermarket, the Windsors do seem to have a whale of a time behind the wheel!
