ROYAL WRAP UP

The royal wrap up... GEORGE AND CHARLOTTE TAKE PART IN ANOTHER WEDDING

-

George and Charlotte’s dab little hands; Pippa’s final month; marriage history is made

They’re only five and three, but Prince George and Princess Charlotte are now absolute experts when it comes to being bridal attendants. The young royals served as page boy and flower girl at the wedding of one of their mum’s oldest friends last week, and looked like they knew exactly what they had to do.

That’s no surprise as they have previously been part of the wedding party for their aunt Pippa Middleton’s marriage to James Matthews last year, and their uncle Harry’s wedding to Meghan Markle in May.

This time round there were no tears or tantrums for the young Cambridges. George was seen sobbing at Pippa’s wedding after getting a stern telling off from his mum Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge (36), and he had a few moments of grumpiness at Harry’s.

But he was in a playful mood as he marched around like a soldier outside the church where Kate’s close friend Sophie Carter married Robert Suggs.

Little sister Charlotte, who always seems remarkably composed, gave her brother some bemused looks as he laughed with other young page boys. She too was on her best behaviour, although at one stage needed some cuddles from Mum.

The wedding was also attended by their dad Prince William (36), grandparents Carole and Mike Middleton and their uncle James. There was no sign of the blooming and pregnant Pippa though, who preferred to go for a workout instead.
