My Kitchen Rules is back, with six new teams competing for the ultimate $100,000 cash prize. Each week one team will transform an ordinary home into an Instant Restaurant pressure-cooker night. They’ll plate up a three-course menu designed to impress not only their fellow competitor­s but also the judges – Pete Evans and Manu Feildel. Smoothtalk­ing French native Manu can’t wait to see what food is in store for this season. He tells, “I am always saying it, but it’s better to cook good, simple dishes rather than complicate things and try to be too fancy.” He continues, ”I’m also always interested in the different cultures and cuisines we may get to see on the show too.”
