BITE NOT BARK?

When I took my daughter to her first kindy visit, there was a little boy picking on another little girl in the sandpit. My daughter decided to intervene by hitting the boy. The kindergarten teacher was quick to say, “At kindy, we don’t use our fists − we use our mouths.” My daughter’s response was, “You want me to bite him?” I think from now on the kindy teacher will choose her words a little more carefully!
