FIVE ENDANGERED ANIMALS ARE THRUST INTO THE SPOTLIGHT
When Sir David Attenborough was first approached by producer Mike Gunton about a show called Dynasties, which woud follow the lives of five endangered animals for the duration of two years, he thought the man was crazy.
“I don’t think anyone has dared to do this before,” he explains. “I thought he was barmy to devote two years to filming one group within one species and say, ‘We will show exactly what happens’ because in lots of instances in the natural world, nothing does happen!”
But the hard work that went into filming and producing the show seems to have paid off. The five-part series is being likened to Sir David’s previous hit, Planet Earth and has viewers in the UK already asking for a second series to be made!
