Mango bowl
SERVES 2
1 mango, fresh or frozen
1 banana, peeled and sliced
4 tbsp coconut yoghurt
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup nutty coconut granola (see previous page) Honey, optional
1 Remove the skin from the mango and cut into chunky cubes – about 4cm.
2 Divide the mango into two bowls, then top with banana, coconut yoghurt, peanut butter and granola. Drizzle with honey if using.
