The iconic Goodnight Kiwi returns to our screens this week with an exclusive new series taking pride of place on TVNZ OnDemand. New Zealanders will remember the animated short that used to signal the end of nightly broadcasts back before the days of 24-hour TV. Now the beloved Kiwi and his friendly cat are returning in a slightly different way. The animated duo will be joined by local celebrities who will read popular bedtime stories for children. The books will be brought to life by the likes of Hilary Barry, Jeremy Wells, the Topp Twins, Madeleine Sami and Jackie van Beek.
