Royal baby news is always a delight for the team here at the Weekly. Last Monday, my phone lit up with messages making sure I’d heard about the wonderful news of the arrival of Lilibet Diana, the daughter of Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex.

The couple, who famously stepped down as senior royals, welcomed their little girl on June 4 and while we are yet to see a photo, it is her name that has struck a chord with many.

While the reference to

Diana doesn’t need any explanation, as many know, our Queen was affectionately called Lilibet after she struggled to pronounce her own name when she was a little girl – and now her namesake will live on in her great-granddaughter. You can read all about her arrival on page 6.

In celebrity news, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are a couple who are so obviously in love, despite the difficulties early on in their relationship, and this month they celebrate their 15th wedding anniversary.

They reveal some of their relationship “rules” that work for them on page 14, including never spending more than a week apart at any given time.

Meanwhile, the woman everyone seems to be talking about at the moment is Kate Winslet. I’ve been a big fan of hers for many years and loved her new show Mare of Easttown. Screening on Neon, it tells the story of a small-town cop with big problems, and Kate’s character is unlike any she’s done before and I loved it. On page 12, you can read all about how, at 45, she’s doing Hollywood her way – she’s an inspiration!

Have a lovely week.
