Sussexes celebrate a win

-

The Sussexes’ last Netflix documentary highlighted their struggles as working royals and their new life in California.

Now it has been revealed that Prince Harry, 38, and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex,

41, have another TV venture in the works, but it will be very different. The couple are in talks to make a documentary that will focus on humanitarian projects in South Africa.

The couple will be filmed seeing houses being built and women being educated about safe birthing practices for the new show, a collaboration between Netflix and the couple’s Archewell Productions company.

“Meghan is particularly keen to share information about giving birth safely with the women she meets,” says a source.

In 2020, the pair signed a $100 million five-year contract with the streaming service to produce content. So far, they’ve come out with six-part docuseries Harry & Meghan, about their lives, and presented a series on leaders, including Jacinda Ardern, called Live to Lead.

In the meantime, Meghan has signed with a powerful A-list talent agency, William Morris Endeavours (WME), whose other clients include her friend Serena Williams and movie legend Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. But it’s not to further the acting career she left after marrying Harry – she’ll be represented by WME in connection with film and television productions and brand partnerships.

Along with a new agent, Meghan also has a new look. She debuted a sleek new hairstyle, which appeared to be lighter in colour than her natural hair, in a video clip to introduce her photographer friend Misan Harriman’s TED Talk.
